On Friday 24 April 2020, the Regulation implementing the National Cabinet’s Mandatory Code of Conduct for Leasing was issued by the NSW Government.

The Regulation now allows NSW landlords and tenants that fall under the Code of Conduct to negotiate rent relief measures with certainty.
