The ICLG is a resource which provides a comparison of many areas of law across different countries.  There is online free access, and readers can also purchase electronic pdf versions of the relevant articles or a hard copy.  The Family Law Chapter is a plain English broad overview of the law on divorce, parenting matters, property settlements and child support here in Australia and we are very proud to have Mills Oakley contribute to this international publication.
