If your matter is listed for a Case Assessment Conference, a Conciliation Conference or for a Directions Hearing before a Registrar, your matter will be conducted by telephone or videoconferencing.

In relation to matters in the Contravention List, where your matter needs to be listed before a Judge for a contested hearing, listings are at the discretion of the presiding Judge.
