Mills Oakley advises founder on the sale of Oleum Holdings Pty Ltd to Redox Limited

Leading national law firm Mills Oakley was delighted to advise Viridis Australia Pty Ltd on the sale of its shares in Oleum Holdings Pty Ltd to Redox Limited (ASX:RDX).

Oleum was established in 2015 and has since grown to become a distributor to some of the world’s largest chemical companies. Oleum specialises in supplying and distributing a range of chemicals to Australian mining, agriculture, personal care and surface coating sectors.

Founded by John Lemanis, the company is committed to providing innovative solutions to environmental economic issues to create a more productive and sustainable future for Australian industry partners.

Mills Oakley advised on all aspects of the transaction, which was completed on July 2, including the negotiation and entry into the Share Sale Agreement and various other transaction documents.

The Mills Oakley team was led by Corporate Advisory Partner Brendan Sheehan, who was assisted by lawyers Laura Chesney and Stacey Loizou.
