Natalie’s expertise includes:

• Transactional – M&A (including cross-border and competitive acquisitions and sale processes), farmouts, joint ventures, access (pipelines, infrastructure, land, third party), project development, revenue agreements (oil, gas, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen and CO2), services agreements and transportation.)
• Regulatory advice and support – across Oil & Gas, LNG, hydrogen/ ammonia, CCS / CCUS and renewable energy.

• Advised an Australian energy company in relation to the regulatory approvals and development of the MidWest Clean Energy Project which includes the Cliff Head Carbon capture and Storage Project and the associated blue and green Ammonia and Hydrogen projects.
• Advised a joint venture participant on the development of the Bennies Renewable Energy Project in Western Australia (includes wind, solar and BESS assets).
• Advised an international energy company on the structuring and development of its Australian solar to hydrogen projects.
• Advised an Australian energy developer on the negotiation of the HYNQ Joint Development Agreement.
• Advised an international energy trader on the procurement of 12 cargoes of Ammonia from various Asian producers and on-sale pursuant to a master sale agreement to a Philippines petrochemical company.
• Advising an international energy services company on regulatory applications and establishment of a joint venture for proposed development of offshore wind projects in the offshore Hunter Renewable Energy Zone.
• Advised an Australian gas company on the acquisition of the Denison Trough Petroleum project from APLNG and Santos and the development of the Westgrove 9 project for AU$180 million, including tolling arrangements through gas processing and pipelines infrastructure and on the marketing and sale of gas.
• Advised a global energy company in relation to the negotiation of foundation agreements (State Agreements, Joint operating agreements and various operational agreements) for the development of Papua LNG.
• Advised an international energy trader on the negotiation of long-term sale and purchase agreements for Crude Oil and gas from Licences B5/27, G11/48, G1/48 and associated prepayment agreement.
• Prepared legal due diligence reports to support Tamboran Resources Limited and Omega Oil & Gas Limited’s listings on the ASX.
