Amelia Nagel

Amelia has been practising as a Wills and Estates lawyer since 2014. She has particular interest in litigious estate matters relating to family provision claims, Will validity and elder abuse claims. She also often represents clients in attorney disputes and in appointments of administrators and guardians in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Amelia also acts for clients in applications for grants of administration (including Probate, Letters of Administration, and unusual grants) as well as in their Estate Planning (including simple to complex matters including testamentary trust wills, enduring powers of attorney, appointments of medical treatment decision makers and superannuation nominations).

Amelia is an empathic lawyer who takes a holistic approach to her matters. She has strong advocacy and communication skills.
