Leading national law firm Mills Oakley has advised the owners of specialist agricultural property fund manager, Arrow Funds Management, on the 100% sale to Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI).

Arrow Funds Management is the responsible entity for the unlisted agricultural real estate fund, Arrow Primary Infrastructure Fund (APIF) and its stapled operating fund, Arrow Operations Trust.

APIF comprises a portfolio of more than 20 properties with total assets in excess of $440 million (as at the end of FY25), which are leased to some of Australia’s leading primary production tenants.

Centuria is a leading S&P/ASX 200 Australasian real estate funds manager.

The existing Arrow management team have transitioned across to Centuria and Arrow Funds Management’s previous CEO, Andrew Ashbolt, has taken a new position on Centuria’s APIF investment committee to support a smooth transition for investors.

Mills Oakley’s corporate team advised on the transaction and was led by Corporate Advisory Partners Nick Manuell and Brendan Sheehan who were assisted by lawyer, Stacey Adams.
