Navegar is a Manila-based private equity firm that invests capital and provides hands-on support to fast-growing Philippine companies.

Navegar’s strategic investment in Cloudstaff occurred in 2020 during the height of the global coronavirus pandemic. At that time, Navegar saw significant opportunity to support Cloudstaff’s continued growth and expansion. The investment marked the beginning of a successful partnership, during which Cloudstaff completed its Series B raise, culminating in this transaction.

Cloudstaff was founded in Australia by Lloyd Ernst, and has grown significantly with strong client operations in Australia, the US, and the UK, as well as having global operational presence. Cloudstaff has been pioneering global remote staffing for over 15 years.

Engelmann Capital, is part a global investment firm with holdings across multiple industries.
