Leading national law firm Mills Oakley has advised BE Campbell on its arrangements with Allegro.

BE Campbell, a leading Australian pork and value-added meat processor, is a third-generation, family-owned company based in Sydney with a national footprint. Employing more than 750 people, the business has a long-standing reputation for operational excellence and strong customer service across supermarkets, foodservice, butchers and distributors.

Mills Oakley advised on all legal aspects of the transaction for BE Campbell, including the shareholder arrangements and leases.
