Special Counsel, Luke Hooper, details APRA’s proposals to amend and/or introduce APRA Prudential Standards and Reporting Standards as part of its intention to strengthen ‘the key requirements and expectations applying to RSE licensees in important strategic and operational areas’ which are ‘expected to facilitate RSE licensees being able to demonstrate that they meet their obligations under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
