  • Bonza Aviation Pty Ltd – Stuart acts for the administrators of the business including in relation to obtaining orders pursuant to s.447A dealing with the issues arising at the first meeting of creditors.
  • Tigerlily Aust Pty Ltd– Stuart is acting for the successful purchaser.
  • Balmaine Gold Pty Ltd – Stuart acted for the successful purchasers who acquired Ballarat Gold Mine from administrators via a deed of company arrangement and debt restructure.
  • Stuart acted for the receivers of Atlas CTL Rentals Pty Ltd. Questions arising from the receivership included clarification of the scope of the meaning of adjusted equitable lien.  Re: Volkswagen Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd v Atlas CTL Pty Ltd (Receivers Appointed) [2022] NSWSC 573
