Jasmine Forsyth

Jasmine has over 20 years’ public sector experience specialising in merits review, particularly in respect of litigation involving Social Security matters, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Child Support enforcement.

She regularly appears as solicitor advocate on behalf of the Commonwealth in appeals on a question of law to the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court and merits review applications to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Jasmine is passionate about Public Service Governance having completed the Public Sector Management Program (2016) and Emerging Indigenous Executive Leadership Program (2017) and is committed to delivering legal service that is consistent with public service values, resources and accountability frameworks.
