Beth has close to 25 years of experience in family law practice. She has been an Accredited Family Law Specialist since 2001 and an Independent Children’s Lawyer since 1996.
Beth acted as Deputy Registrar of the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court in 2004.
Beth has experience in all areas of family law and has significant expertise in relation to highly complex children’s matters in the Supreme Court of NSW, Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Beth also has expertise in mediation and collaborative law practice, as well as over 30 years of litigation experience gained in both family law and, prior to her specialisation in this area, insurance law, commercial law, probate and estate law and criminal law.
