He advises on the full range of project documentation required for the development and operation of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including Project Deeds, EPC, D&C, O&M / FM agreements, ECI contracts, construction contracts, interface deeds, finance direct deeds, PPAs and Connection Agreements.  He is also well-versed in the various dispute resolution methods, including mediation, expert determination, arbitration and court proceedings.
