Tamara is a Partner in our Perth Property team. Tamara's practice has a focus on development of and investment in real estate and complex structured transactions. She has a depth of knowledge in all classes of real estate.

Tamara specialises in the acquisition and disposal of property assets, due diligence, subdivisions, development, development agreements and joint ventures and complex leasing.

She has a commercial and pragmatic approach and is solutions focused. Tamara is recognised for her experience in complex and strategic projects for leading property developers and government clients.

Tamara is listed as a leading Property and Leasing Lawyer in the Doyles Guide and Best Lawyers Australia.

In 2008, Tamara was the winner of the Property Council of Australia’s Young Achiever of the Year award. Tamara was awarded the UDIA WA  and Frasers Property Women in Leadership Award 2017.

  • Acting for DevelopmentWA in respect of the Burt Street Residential Project in Fremantle and on the Machinery of Government movement of $547M in assets and project agreements from the Housing Authority
  • Acted for the Housing Authority in respect of grant arrangements for the development of affordable housing and build to rent projects
  • Acting for Blackoak Capital Ventures in respect of the Edward Millen Redevelopment with the Town of Victoria Park and Commonwealth funding arrangements for heritage works
  • Acting for Parcel Property on land subdivisions including Beenyup Grove, Indi Yanchep and acquisitions of future development sites.
  • Acting for Satterley on land subdivisions including Banksia Grove, Mahala and Kara estates
  • Acting for Hesperia in relation to numerous industrial land acquisitions and the development of the Orthonova Orthopaedic Hospital
  • Acted for Blackburne Property Group in the development of residential apartments on the east and west sides of the renovated Karrinyup Shopping Centre
  • Acted for ABN Group in the agreement for lease and lease of a 10,000sqm state of the art flagship head office.
