  • Negotiated various electricity retail agreements acting for both retailers and customers.
  • Negotiated various connection agreements and preliminary works agreements with various transmission network service providers.
  • Advising various clients in relation to NSW and QLD Renewable Energy Zones.
  • Advising a retailer in relation to a renewable energy project involving several NSW councils entering into retail agreements for 100% renewable electricity.
  • Advising various clients in relation to the development of large-scale commercial rooftop solar and battery installation projects in South Australia, the Northern Territory, Victoria and New South Wales.
  • Drafting agreements to facilitate community battery projects and virtual power plant projects.
  • Provided comprehensive advice to commercial landlords and holiday park operations in relation to the regulatory requirements associated with selling and supplying electricity utilising embedded networks.
