Sarah acts for a wide range of professionals on the instructions of insurers, including accountants, auditors, construction professionals, conveyancers and mortgage brokers, among others. She also regularly acts for insureds and corporate clients in regulatory investigations and proceedings, including both state and federal regulatory matters, as well as both criminal prosecutions and civil penalty proceedings. Throughout the course of her career, Sarah has advised her insurer clients on complex policy coverage matters and acted for insurers in policy coverage disputes.
