  • Advising a medium sized private enterprise in a dispute with a national real estate agent regarding breach of contract, loss of opportunity and professional negligence
  • Advising subsidiaries of an international property development company in proceedings concerning allegations of misrepresentation and misleading and deceptive conduct regarding a planned town development in Queensland
  • Advising a national franchisor in relation to various disputes with franchisees
  • Advising a medium sized private enterprise in a dispute with the Commonwealth Government of Australia concerning a breach of contract claim in excess of $62 million
  • Advising a national energy provider in relation to various contractual disputes across the Eastern Seaboard.
