Randall has also acted as lead advisor to the developers of some of the largest precincts at Docklands in Melbourne.

Recent Matters

  • Acting for Orica Limited in relation to the EOI / RFP process to identify a capital and development participant and/or direct land purchaser for Orica’s 150 hectare industrial / logistics / commercial development site on Ballarat Road, Deer Park, Victoria. The overall project will have an estimated end value in excess of AU$2.5 million
  • Acting for Schiavello Group on the estimated AU$1.5 billion development of the M-City project in Clayton, Victoria. This is the largest mixed use project in Victoria outside of Melbourne CBD. It includes over 600 residential apartments, a retail centre, office component and a hotel
  • Acting for the Schiavello Group/Crown Resorts JV concerning the previously proposed One Queensbridge Project – a AU$1.7 billion mixed use development of One Queensbridge Street, Southbank
  • Acting for Schiavello Group on the sale of its joint venture interest in the Queensbridge Hotel site, Southbank to Crown Resorts Limited for $80 million
  • Acting for Schiavello Group on the sale of its 522 Flinders Lane, Melbourne car park to Investa for $50 million.
  • Acting for Schiavello Group in relation to the development and/or divestment of a range of development sites nationally
  • Acting for CoolDrive (Auto parts) in relation to its pre-commitment to the delivery of an automated warehousing facility of approximately 44,000 square metres
  • Acted on the One Barangaroo development in Sydney – a AU$1.7 billion mixed use development adjacent to the Sydney CBD incorporating a casino, retail, apartments and hotel components on one of the most iconic sites on Sydney Harbour
  • Acting on some of Mirvac’s key acquisitions and development projects including Yarra’s Edge at Docklands, Harcrest at Wantirna, Waverley Park, Laureate at Albert Park, 664 Collins Street, Melbourne, Rockbank, Enclave at Ascot Vale and the Dallas Brooks Hall Site in East Melbourne
  • Acted on the sale of Telstra’s Office Portfolio including the tender process and disposition to lnvesta Property Trust for AU$570 million. Largest one line corporate real estate transaction in Australia.
