Pablo specialises in property, acting in a wide variety of transactions such as acquisitions and sales of major commercial buildings, shopping centres, industrial sites and development projects, as well as leasing and portfolio management.

Pablo has extensive experience advising on legal risk associated with property, advising purchasers and vendors alike in the due diligence phase, mitigation of risk and contractual negotiations. He also has considerable experience advising on the establishment of Australian property funds and the acquisition of real estate through such vehicles.

Based in Mills Oakley’s Melbourne Office, Pablo has substantial leasing experience in all Australian States and Territories, drafting and negotiating retail, commercial and industrial leases. He has acted for a number of national retailers as well as office/industrial landlords on their Australia-wide leasing portfolios.

Pablo is highly regarded by clients for his commitment to understanding and delivering upon their business objectives as well as his commercial acumen. He was recently listed in the Doyle’s Guide 2015 Property and Real Estate Rising Stars. Pablo is also a recommended leading Leasing Law lawyer by Doyles Guide 2018.

Pablo is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and is Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Future Directions Committee.
