Michelle has experience acting for borrowers and lenders in the areas of corporate lending, private credit/alternative lenders, property and asset finance and project finance in the minerals, energy and renewables sectors. Michelle has experience in restructurings and insolvencies.  Michelle has also worked in Paris where she acted for lenders on ECA-backed infrastructure financings and in respect of credit risk insurance.

Michelle works collaboratively with stakeholders and with attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes
