Melanie has over a decade of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and equity capital markets transactions across various industries, but particularly in technology, healthcare and consumer goods.

Melanie has acted for a broad range of clients including founders, multinational corporates, ASX-listed entities and many of the most prominent venture capital and private equity funds. She regularly collaborates with leading global law firms to deliver seamless client support on cross-border transactions involving US-based and other overseas investors and acquirers.

Before joining Mills Oakley, Melanie worked in the M&A team at Johnson Winter Slattery, and in the corporate finance team at leading global law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
