Matthew currently practices and has experience managing matters at all levels of the courts in NSW, ACT, and South Australia, with a specialisation in civil litigation in NSW and the ACT.

  • Acting for landlords in the ACT in respect to a personal injury claim where the plaintiff fell down the stairs at a tenant’s restaurant successfully defending the claim brought against his clients
  • Acting in complex multi-party catastrophic injury claims on behalf of the Insurers directly for a deregistered company
  • Acting in responding to an ACT Court of Appeal matter raising issues surrounding the capacity of a plaintiff to make a valid statutory offer in multidefendant proceedings
  • Providing regular training to insurers in respect to the operation of section 151Z of the Workers Compensation Act 1987
