Liam is a highly skilled administrative lawyer with experience advising government on a range of issues.

Liam regularly acts for government clients as solicitor advocate and instructing counsel in matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2), the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. Liam represents a range of government clients including the Department of Home Affairs, the National Disability Insurance Agency and Services Australia. Liam also conducts governance and regulatory reviews and provides training in administrative decision making.

Liam has worked internationally as a consultant to the government of Nauru and as a human rights lawyer in the Philippines. Liam also established a pro bono secondment in the Northern Territory.
