Laura’s expertise includes:

  • Acting for landlords and tenants on their retail, industrial and office property holdings in various Australian jurisdictions including drafting and negotiating heads of agreement, leases, works and incentive deeds, Crown leases, agreements for lease, car parking licences, deeds of surrender (including partial surrender), deeds of renewal and variation, subleases, sublicences, management agreements, ATM licences, service agreements and various other contracts.
