Expertise

Kylie’s expertise includes:

  • Designing and tailoring specific client based efficiency improvements to streamline the management of high-volume leasing portfolios
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating documentation, including agreements for lease, leases, deeds of renewal and variation, deeds of assignment and surrenders of lease
  • Conveyancing experience in sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties, including the preparation of contracts for sale and purchase and vendor disclosure statements
  • Major project work and due diligence investigations including reviewing leases and other associated agreements together with the drafting of the due diligence report and preparation of documentation.

Recent Matters

  • Vicinity Centres: Responsible for the day to day management of the national portfolio including the maintenance and updating of all precedent documentation and correspondence and online portal. Liaising with Vicinity key personnel and provision of retail leasing services with respect to the Castle Plaza, Colonnades Shopping Centre and Elizabeth City Centre shopping centres located in South Australia, Armidale Central, Carlingford Court, Lake Haven, Nepean Village, Roselands and Warriewood Square shopping centres located in New South Wales and Eastlands, Eastlands Entertainment Centre and Northgate shopping centres located in Tasmania
  • Centuria: Office leasing services for 80 Flinders Street, Adelaide and retail and telecommunications leasing for the office building located at 21 Nile Street, Port Adelaide
  • Abacus Property Group: Providing commercial, office and retail leasing services with respect to its assets located in New South Wales and South Australia
  • Investa: Providing retail, commercial and office leasing services with respect to its assets located in New South Wales.
