  • Advising a consortium comprised of Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure and Link Group on its successful acquisition of PEXA, Australia’s online property settlement platform, for A$1.6Bn following a competitive dual track sale process
  • Advising international private equity fund Intermediate Capital Group in connection with the acquisition of Cura Day Hospital group for A$615m following a competitive sale process
  • Advising Pacific Equity Partners, one of Australia’s leading private equity fund, in connection with the simultaneous acquisition of Altus Traffic, Australia’s leading provider of traffic management services, and Traffic Diversion Group, Victoria’s leading traffic management business
  • Advising Aspen Technology Inc on its successful bid to acquire Micromine from Potential Capital for A$900m following a competitive sale process.
