  •  Advising Venn Partners, a growth equity investor, on the acquisition of a strategic interest in Inline Innovations (a contract manufacturing business).
  • Advising on the sale of TIC Reverse Logistics to Assurant Inc (NYSE:AIZ).
  • Advising on the acquisition by Channel Infrastructure NZ (NZX:CHI) from CVC DIF of a minority interest in the Somerton Jet Fuel Pipeline (which supplies jet fuel to Melbourne Airport).
