  • Instructing solicitor in a Supreme Court Trial for alleged breaches of confidentiality and personal injury
  • Instructing solicitor in a Supreme Court Trial for alleged unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, battery, assault, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office and trespass
  • Advising the State of South Australia in a multi-million dollar personal injury claim for alleged failures to provide appropriate medical treatment. Advice and resolution of the claim included a detailed review of NDIS past and future services and payments
