Leading national law firm Mills Oakley is delighted to announce the appointment of international arbitration expert Monique Carroll to the partnership. The appointment brings the total number of partners to 170.

Monique comes to the firm as the founder of Cite Legal, which she managed for five years. Prior to this, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons for seven years, including 18 months in the Beijing office as an advisor and counsel.

Alongside extensive experience in high-value commercial litigation, she has particular expertise in international arbitration, cross-border disputes, governance and international trade law.

Monique’s industry experience covers the oil and gas, energy, mining, commodities, agriculture, mortgage broking, telecommunications, financial services, insurance broking, transport and logistics, shipping and international trade, banking and financial services, property, construction, management consulting, retail and toll road operation sectors.

Monique was listed in the 2022 Doyle’s Guide Leading Arbitration Lawyers Australia.
