The fast-growing office, established in 2023, is already signing for additional space in King William Street to accommodate 40 staff, including eight partners.

Since launching in Adelaide, Mills Oakley has expanded to offer top legal expertise across property, insurance, employment and occupational health and safety, corporate, government, litigation and insolvency. A family law practice, Culshaw Bishop, last year also joined forces with the firm.

Mills Oakley Chief Executive Officer John Nerurker said the success of the Adelaide office was already cause for celebration.

In April this year an office in Darwin was also established to launch Mills Oakley’s offering in the Northern Territory.
