The appointments include:

• Liam Dennis brings more than 15 years’ experience working with government. Liam appears in litigation before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Circuit and Family Court, the Federal Court and the High Court. He joins the Sydney office in the Public Law practice group.
• Norman Donato has more than 35 years’ experience across corporate, commercial and finance law. Norman is a specialist in the banking and finance sector, particularly securities and duties law and joins the Banking and Finance group in Sydney.
• Rob Humphreys to the Workplace Relations team. Rob is a leading employment and workplace health and safety lawyer in the Perth market. He primarily advises employers in the resources and construction sectors, universities and government-owned corporations.
• Jeremy Rees is well known in the Adelaide market for legal services, including event management, private mergers and acquisitions, trusts and general commercial practice. He has joined the Corporate Advisory group.
• Trent Taylor to the M&A/ Corporate Advisory team in Brisbane. Trent brings deep industry knowledge spanning agribusiness, manufacturing, distribution and franchising, health and fitness, tourism, technology, and online and professional services.
