Leading national law firm Mills Oakley is delighted to announce the appointment of Grant Mitchell to the partnership in Adelaide.
Grant comes to the firm from MinterEllison where he led the lnsurance and Corporate Risk team in South Australia. Grant has over 30 years’ experience, principally in the areas of professional indemnity and complex public and product liability claims.
Grant and his team act for insurers, the State of South Australia, corporates, SMEs and NFPs in South Australian and Commonwealth courts in relation to claims against professionals and directors, complex public and product liability claims, construction disputes, representative actions and historical injury matters.
Grant has been recognised in Best Lawyers since 2009 and has twice been named Adelaide Insurance Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers.
Joining Grant at Mills Oakley is Myles Mayo (Special Counsel), Dillon Olliver (Senior Associate), Will Hudson (Associate) and Juliana Marcus (Lawyer).
Grant and his team will also be providing their services to Mills Oakley’s clients in the Northern Territory.
