Craig is a partner in our Perth office working in the areas of commercial disputes and insolvency. Craig provides a unique offering in this field as he is able to work with clients from the  inception  of a dispute through to a final hearing, whether that be by trial, arbitration or any other dispute resolution mechanism.

Craig also works closely with client analysing and assessing risk issues regarding a wide variety of contracts spanning a broad cross-section of transactions and industry sectors. In addition, Craig actively manages crucial issues such as document management, legal professional privilege and the commercial objectives of the client.

Craig brings a wealth of experience from the high level advising he has done for Western Australia’s leading insolvency practitioners in relation to numerous appointments over public and non-public companies spanning numerous industry sectors, banks and financial institutions in a large variety of both recovery and defended claims.

In the construction and infrastructure sectors Craig has acted on numerous contested disputes, expert determinations and arbitrations as well as Construction Contracts Act adjudications.

Craig clients have included many of Australia’s largest banks and insolvency firms as well as Mirvac, Brookfield Multiplex, Clough, Charter Hall and a variety of health organisations in Western Australia. Craig has also acted on a variety of Federal Government matters for the ATO, Department of Defence and Department of Human Services. Craig’s unique knowledge of financial and managerial accounting, as well as practical business experience, allows him to provide corporate clients with solutions that are tailored to their individual needs and corporate objectives.
