Brendan represents international, ASX-listed and private companies in construction disputes across Australian courts and in arbitrations.
Brendan also acts for directors, shareholders and companies in corporate disputes and investigations and prosecutions by regulatory agencies (predominantly ASIC).
Brendan conducts media and defamation matters for, principally, media organisations and has appeared as Counsel in some of the most significant matters in recent years.
Brendan is the Arbitrator for the West Australian Football League and is a past Chairman of the WACA Appeals Board. He has also acted in a number of sports law matters.
