Anthony heads up our significant Planning and Environment team in Sydney, with particular expertise in property development. He is accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in Local Government and Planning Law, and widely recognised throughout NSW as an expert in matters relating to planning and environmental approvals. Anthony is able to effectively represent his clients’ interests in negotiating with government authorities to achieve the best possible outcomes. He specialises in achieving rezonings, development approvals, and preparing and negotiating voluntary planning agreements

Anthony, with the support of his exceptional team of specialists, regularly acts for developers, landowners, property investors, hoteliers, and consultants in relation to all aspects of land use and property development. He prepares and conducts appeals to the Land and Environment Court in relation to DAs ranging from single dwellings and subdivisions, up to large retail, commercial, industrial, and high-density residential developments. He is also one of the few lawyers in Sydney who is a specialist in land valuation appeals challenging the valuation of land by the Valuer General, for land tax savings.
