Our team

The Private Advisory team is led nationally by Martin Checketts, who is one of four equity partners that sit on the Mills Oakley board.

Alongside Martin sits Harry Giannakidis, with over 20 years’ experience between complementing the multi-disciplinary approach that our team adopts in providing our clients with bespoke legal advice and consulting services.

Harry  is a long-standing member of the Tax Institute, and is regularly invited to present at tax discussion groups, in-house training sessions and National and State tax and superannuation conferences.
