• Mirvac – enforcement of off-the-plan sale contracts when they were required to comply with Domestic Building Contracts Act (Vic), including Philp v Mirvac [2004] VCAT 367; submissions to State Government for legislative change;
• Pan Urban – enforcement of off-the-plan sale contracts, including Pan Urban Watergate v Graham [2005] VSC 505;
• Payment claims for the Modern Group;
• Dispute concerning piling works at a Docklands apartment development;
• Defending construction company against dust disease claimant where insurance coverage was incomplete;
• Defending remedial engineers in litigation concerning remediation works at Sydney Opera House;
