Roger Jepson is a Partner within Mills Oakley’s Litigation and Commercial Disputes Resolution Team. Experience An accredited specialist in alternative dispute resolution, Roger is actively involved in major litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts. Roger is actively involved in major litigation and dispute resolution including: - Corporations, directors/shareholder disputes and advice;
- Representing parties before ACCC/ASIC, including representing and attending with clients required to attend for examination and or production of documents and advising generally;
- All aspects of corporate insolvency;
- Intellectual property litigation and protection;
- Contract interpretation, disputes and enforcement;
- Trade Practices, in particular consumer related issues;
- Partnership disputes;
- Negligence, breach of obligations; and
- Strategic planning in dispute resolution.
Expertise Having practised for over 33 years exclusively in commercial disputes, Roger is able to bring to the table a wealth of legal and practical experience. This ensures a thorough analysis of the issues, the prospects of success and the ability to provide clients with strategic and practical advice. Roger is regularlyengaged by other members of the legal profession to advise and act for them.
