John is a member of Mills Oakley's Not-for-profit team and acts for numerous charities and not-for-profits. John specialises in bequest issues and litigation, including family provision, testamentary capacity and cy-pres schemes.

John also advises in relation to codes of practice and governance issues and procedures for charities and not-for-profits.

John has considerable experience advising and handling litigation in relation to contested wills and estates.

John also undertakes a range of family law work and has very broad experience advising on property settlement and children's issues, de facto relationships, binding financial agreements and divorces.
