Jeremy Mackenzie is a Partner within Mills Oakley’s Sydney Commercial Litigation Team.

Experience

Jeremy brings his diverse commercial litigation experience to our Sydney team providing fresh and strategic approaches in a number of areas including trade practices, contractual disputes, insolvency and mortgage recovery. 

Jeremy has in excess of 14 years experience practising in all jurisdictions in New South Wales and is admitted to the High Court of Australia.  He represents and provides advice to numerous public and private company clients of various sizes, spanning a wide and diverse range of industry including Finance and Financial Planning, Aviation, Logistics, Motor, Advertising, Fashion, Recruitment, Security, Building, Accounting and Investment Banking.

Jeremy and his team also act for a number of insolvency practitioners in addition to advising private clients on insolvency related issues.

Jeremy enjoys a reputation for forward thinking and innovative approaches to matters thereby preventing or minimising dispute risks for his clients.  The diversity of Jeremy’s client base has enabled him to develop a wide area of expertise thereby equipping him and his team to provide creative and effective solutions whilst maintaining his reputation as an accomplished litigator and negotiator.
