James Tobin is a Partner within Mills Oakley’s Commercial Litigation team.

Experience

Admitted to practice in 1999 and joining Mills Oakley in 2007, James has significant experience in major litigation in both the Supreme and Federal Courts. James has a proactive and energetic approach to dispute resolutiuon and prides himself on providing advice that is strategic, practical and commercial.

He has a broad litigation experience having litigated in all Victorian jurisdictions, as well as VCAT and the Commonwealth Courts.
