Jack Stuk, FTIA, is the leader of Mills Oakley’s Taxation Team.
Experience
Jack has helped executives, commercial and business clients achieve their goals for over 25 years including the “Front end structuring” of many major commercial transactions. Further Jack has extensive experience in negotiating with senior department heads of the Australian Taxation Office to achieve optimum results for clients whether arising from private ruling applications in a non contentious setting or through the objections process, litigation or dispute resolution in other matters such as project Wickerby.
Expertise
Jack is an external consultant to the National Taxation & Accountants Association Ltd (representing over 7,000 Tax Agents, Australia wide) and regularly delivers seminars, lectures and writes articles on taxation law and practice. He is frequently called upon to share his knowledge and experience, and has been quoted in Business Review Weekly, The Age and other publications in taxation related features.
