Daren Curry is a Partner within Mills Oakley’s Insurance Team.

Experience
Daren has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance litigation and advice, and acts for some of Australia's largest insurers as well as Government Departments, and private clients. He also has extensive experience in providing advice on and drafting policy wordings for insurers. 

Daren specialises in building and construction insurance and is regarded as a leader in the field of Home Warranty Insurance, where he regularly advises and represents insurers, Government and private clients in litigation arising under the scheme and has been involved in many landmark cases in these areas.  Daren also performs an advisory role for insurers and Government Departments in relation to operation of the Home Warranty Insurance Scheme in NSW.
