Professional Development We actively promote a motivating and rewarding professional development program through our internal fortnightly CPD Forum. This initiative encompasses external presenters such as barristers and specialists and well as internal speakers to provide valuable updates on legal developments as well as soft skills including negotiation, business development, networking, leadership and plain English drafting skills. The firm is committed to providing excellent service to our clients, and always seek to update and improve our skills to help us meet this goal. We believe this will benefit our clients, motivate and satisfy our staff, and ensure we continue to grow, professionally, emotionally and intellectually. Our junior lawyers are very hands on, with exposure to clients, which enables them to develop confidence and skills quickly. Junior lawyers have the opportunity to be mentored by senior experienced lawyers who continually assess and monitor their performance and work, ensuring continued growth and development as a professional. We hold regular in-house legal skills seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions on client case studies to ensure we share the expertise of our senior professionals. In addition, we encourage further qualifications, including professional, postgraduate and masters studies. We support this with study leave and assistance with course fees.
