Recent Transactions:

• Advising on a $200 million industrial real estate transaction and associated capital raising in Brisbane through a newly listed property trust
• Advising Charter Hall, Aldi Stores, Ardent Leisure Limited and Eureka Funds Management Limited and Telstra Corporation Limited on various transactions, including:

• • • complex property sales and disposals
    • community title structuring of master planned mixed use projects
    • the Body Corporate and Community Management Act, Property Agent and Motor Dealers Act and the applicability of the managed investment provisions of the Corporations Act
    • restricted trade practices and unfair contract cartel in relation to the Competition and Consumer Act
    • franchising structures and strategic delivery
    • Negotiating a LNG reticulation pipeline agreement and ancillary arrangements servicing 1350 residential dwellings and a retirement village
    • Advising institutional investors on the acquisition of two wholesale managed investment schemes
    • Advising various mezzanine and equity based financiers in relation to property development and construction facilities

Andrew also provides advice to the Property Council of Australia and is a member of the Residential Committee Qld.
