Brent Weston, from Norton Rose Fulbright and other in house roles, and Damiano Castelli, from King & Wood Mallesons, are both renowned for their wide range of expertise and their impressive list of clients.
Damiano has extensive expertise in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial and residential property, major infrastructure transactions including road, rail, port and technology infrastructure and tenure structuring and land access for energy, resources and utility projects.
Damiano has worked with a range of clients including Charter Hall, Telstra and GE Capital Real Estate. Prior to joining Mills Oakley, Damiano practised in the Projects and Real Estate Group of two top tier international law firms for a combined period of 13 years. Damiano’s impressive knowledge of business and excellent technical legal skills, allow him to deliver high quality, commercially relevant advice.
Brent’s areas of expertise include M&A, intellectual property, franchising, joint ventures, R&D, technology commercialisation, information technology, privacy and data security, infrastructure and asset procurement, and business structuring.
Brent has advised clients such as Microsoft, Ergon Energy, The University of Queensland, Brisbane Airport Corporation, Queensland Rail, RP Data, Eagle Boys Pizza, Department of Defence, Vodafone-Hutchison and many more.
